From then you will get email updates when your order is out for delivery and once it has been delivered. We want to make sure you feel confident and informed every step of the way. Our cut-off time for placing orders is 1pm Monday - Friday and 10am Saturday, to ensure we have enough time to carefully craft and deliver your bouquet with the quality and attention it deserves. Can I request a specific delivery time for my order?

If the recipient isn’t available to receive their order, we will take care to leave it in a safe and secure spot, ensuring it stays fresh and protected. If that’s not possible, we’ll reach out to you to arrange a convenient redelivery time. If out of town, a second delivery fee may incur. Please note alcohol will never be left with an order.

No, we don’t have a minimum spend for weddings because we believe everyone deserves beautiful flowers on their special day! How can I care for my flowers once they arrive?

To keep your flowers looking their best, trim the stems every 2 days, place them in clean water and change after fresh cut, please also keep them away from direct sunlight and heat.

What should I do if my flowers arrive damaged?

If your flowers arrive damaged, please take photos and contact us right away! We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your order. Just send us a message or give us a call within 24 hours, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, whether it’s through a replacement or a refund.
